Waseda is a place of education not only for Japanese. It is a dream destination\r\n for\r\n international students who come to Japan to study hard with their great dreams.
With the\r\n aim of\r\n becoming \u201cA bridge between the world and Japan\u201d Waseda Keifuku Language Academy was founded\r\n in 2009 in\r\n Waseda-Natsumezaka.

Combine with the study at Keifuku academy, private school and part-time job\r\n after class, I successfully got admitted to the Tokyo University.

\r\n At first, I chose Japan, which has relatively few\r\n cultural differences with China, and came to Keifuku language academy.\r\n Although I has passed the JLPT N1 before entering the academy, I\r\n couldn\u2019t use Japanese for daily conversation at that time, and assigned\r\n to a lower level class. Now I am a part-time teacher in a private school\r\n outside the academy. Through this job, I have experienced how difficult\r\n it is to teach and educate people. When I think back to my time in\r\n Keifuku language academy, I can understand how hard the teachers who\r\n taught us. Thanks to Keifuku Language Academy, I found my goal.

\r\n I am interested in Japanese subculture, so I decided to\r\n study abroad in Japan. At the beginning I didn’t have a clear goal and\r\n didn’t even know which major I wanted to study. Then I have received\r\n various advice through active interviews with the teachers. Thanks to\r\n that, I decided to take the courage to study the subject of my interest.\r\n When preparing for the exam, teachers carefully revised the plan for me\r\n and practiced the interview together. Finally, I passed the entrance\r\n exam of Waseda University Graduate School. I cherish the time I was at\r\n Keifuku language academy. Even now, while attending the class from\r\n Waseda University, I was also working part-time at Keifuku Language\r\n Academy and want to support the juniors who pursue their dreams by\r\n learning from my own experience.

Before came to Japan, I have studied Japanese at the University in China and\r\n passed the N1 test of JLPT. Therefore, it was a little unwilling to learn\r\n the content again at Japanese language school. However, after half a year of\r\n study, my consider has changed completely. I was surprised to find that\r\n there are so many Japanese words which cannot be found on the textbooks, and\r\n many of them were Japanese I didn’t know. These knowledges are acquired\r\n through communication with teachers in class and this made me completely\r\n relieved of my initial concerns. Thanks to the teacher’s guidance and help,\r\n I can be admitted to the graduate school successfully.
